The name of the villa derives from its history as an old watch tower, dating back to the 13th century, later becoming a monastery and then finally a home. Boasting views of Cortona and the Chiana valley, here you are far from the chaos and movement, surrounded by elm trees.

Villa Torre degli Elci is a five (5) bedroom / six (6) bathroom property spread over 300 sqm, with a main house that has three (3) levels, and two (2) annex buildings. It also has a great outdoor area, including an old stone oven for making delicious homemade pizza! Dine under the gazebo and take the breathtaking views of the hill where Cortona is located. There is a lot of room to explore in the spacious, green gardens and enjoy hanging out by the pool, with the Tuscan landscape as the backdrop.
