Enjoy a weekend stay at the remote, 2-acre Sunflower Ranch on beautiful Bull Shoals Lake near Theodosia, Missouri, located some four hours from St. Louis. With three full baths and four bedrooms that sleep between 8 - 10 guests, the home is located on the water and comes equipped with a canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddle boards. 

Stay from Friday through Sunday on a mutually convenient weekend for both the owner and user. Available from October 11, 2024-October 11, 2025.

For silent auction winners located outside of the St. Louis metropolitan area, the buyer is responsible for costs for shipping their purchased items from St. Louis to their destination. Buyers are responsible for paying Hope Creates the full shipping costs, to be paid when the cost is assessed based on weight and geographic location. Shipping costs will be processed with silent auction items within 4 business days of auction close.
